Maintenance Mechanic – Elevator & Escalator Service

About the role

Otis is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join its Singapore team. You will be responsible for keeping elevators and escalators safe and operational, ensuring a smooth experience for passengers and building owners.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all scheduled maintenance and service visits for elevators within your assigned territory.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns, aiming for first‑time fixes.
• Carry out minor repairs to maintain continuous operation.
• Manage a portfolio of units across a defined geographical area.
• Interact directly with customers on‑site to build strong working relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE O Level or a Diploma in a technical field.
• Strong knowledge of electricity and electrical engineering principles.
• Commitment to safety as a top priority.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
