Maintenance & Reliability Manager

About the role

The Maintenance & Reliability Manager leads the Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) and Warehouse maintenance teams to ensure plant assets operate safely, efficiently and reliably. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, analyse performance data and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety standards such as PTW, risk assessments and MOC.
• Design, implement and optimise Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance programmes.
• Own reliability KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE, unplanned downtime) and produce monthly performance reports.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and deliver sustainable corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, procurement and finance on equipment upgrades, CAPEX projects and spare‑parts strategy.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and 5S initiatives to improve maintenance productivity and reduce waste.
• Develop long‑term asset care strategies, life‑cycle cost analyses and capital replacement plans.
• Manage budgeting, investment planning and contractor performance.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of experience in maintenance or reliability roles within manufacturing, preferably oil & gas.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable improvement plans.
• Excellent communication skills to influence plant and executive leadership.
