About the role

Lead and oversee engineering activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget. Develop, review, and validate technical designs, processes, and specifications to meet quality and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives through feedback and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven senior‑level experience in defence, manufacturing, or MRO sectors.
• Strong problem‑solving ability with a track record of delivering effective engineering solutions.
• Proficiency with technical software and tools used for engineering design and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to manage multiple priorities.
