Maintenance Technician

About the role

Kopi Brewery is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join its on‑site team in Singapore. You will ensure the safe, reliable and consistent operation of the company’s IoT‑enabled kiosks deployed across workplaces, tourist sites and communities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs and inspections on IoT‑enabled kiosks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and basic software/IoT issues.
• Execute preventive‑maintenance schedules and replace or calibrate parts as required.
• Respond promptly to service calls and document all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with operations and customer‑support teams to minimise downtime.
• Adhere to safety standards, maintain tools and inventory, and provide feedback for equipment performance improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in equipment maintenance and repair for vending machines or similar automated systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical and basic IoT issues.
• Proven ability to plan and execute preventive‑maintenance tasks.
• Industrial‑maintenance background, preferably in F&B, vending or manufacturing environments.
• Technical certification or diploma in engineering, mechanics or a related field (preferred).
• Willingness to work on‑site across multiple Singapore locations and respond quickly to service requests.
• Attention to detail, safety awareness and accurate record‑keeping.
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and with cross‑functional teams.
