Management Accountant – MedTech (APAC)

About the role

Join a globally recognised MedTech multinational as a Management Accountant within the APAC finance team. You will work closely with senior finance leaders to support business performance and drive financial excellence across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional stakeholders to deliver timely management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Provide cost visibility through expense monitoring, inventory planning, product costing and variance analysis.
• Ensure reporting integrity, strengthen internal controls and maintain compliance with IFRS and corporate policies.
• Support finance transformation initiatives by enhancing reporting processes, improving systems and driving continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• A degree in Accountancy with a CA, ACCA, ICAEW, CPA Australia or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management accounting, financial controlling or regional finance within a multinational environment.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, cost accounting, inventory management and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
