Management Consultant – Operational Strategy & Change Management

About the role

Sia Partners is a global consulting firm focused on strategy, business transformation, IT and digital strategy and data science, and is expanding its business in Singapore. It is looking for an experienced management consultant with a track record in operational strategy or change management projects.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in projects with leading financial institutions, banks and insurance firms on operational strategy, regulatory and compliance advisory, and change and transformation projects.
• Support Senior Consultants and Managers in executing client projects.
• Work with other offices and use the global network for cross-selling and knowledge sharing.
• Share consulting best practices with the team and prepare materials to support business development.

Required profile

• Ideally 1 to 5 years of experience in business analysis within a management consulting firm; consulting experience is required.
• Experience in financial services or insurance, preferably front office such as asset management, is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, Engineering or Science.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of work.
• Project management skills and strong documentation skills are advantageous.
• Only candidates with work authorization in Singapore will be considered; Singaporeans and Singapore PRs are highly preferred.
