Management Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Management Executive to lead and optimise operations across our island‑wide restaurant network in Singapore. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape policies, drive compliance and support the growth of our teams.

Key responsibilities

• Study existing policies and procedures and recommend improvements.
• Enhance company compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Implement guidance systems and leadership practices for staff.
• Design goals and strategies, and determine department structures and sizes.
• Create project teams, plan client‑retention initiatives and develop management budgets.
• Oversee hiring of leadership and management positions, ensuring adherence to procedures.
• Track manager performance, satisfaction and produce departmental reports.
• Guide employee development, provide constructive feedback to managers and ensure departmental budgets are met.
• Establish long‑term departmental objectives and monitor progress toward goals.

Required profile

• Middle‑management experience within a hospitality or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of policy development, compliance and budgeting.
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor managers and drive performance.
