Management Trainee – Events & Project Management

About the role

Join Gen Art Asia’s Management Trainee Programme and gain hands‑on experience across business development, project management, exhibition booth fabrication, retail displays, signage production and event execution. You will work closely with senior managers and progressively take ownership of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team in preparing quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate with clients to capture project requirements.
• Assist in planning and managing exhibition booths, retail displays, signage and branding projects.
• Liaise with designers, production teams, suppliers and installers.
• Monitor project timelines, quality standards and budget compliance.
• Attend client meetings and site visits.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Interior Design, Events Management, Engineering or related fields.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Organised, proactive and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Class 3 driving licence is an advantage (not mandatory).
