Management Trainee – Food & Beverage

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee to join our Food & Beverage operations across Singapore. You will work closely with the outlet manager, gaining hands‑on experience in all aspects of restaurant management while delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the manager in monitoring outlet expenses and ensuring costs stay within budget.
- Help plan staff duty schedules, guaranteeing adequate coverage for service crew.
- Supervise daily outlet operations and serve customers as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain strong guest relationships.
- Prepare monthly management reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Rotate through various operational sections to master restaurant processes.
- Perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by senior staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Willingness to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Service‑oriented mindset with a passion for the F&B industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- PC literate, well‑organized and self‑motivated.
