Manager, 3PL Partner Excellence, Asia Pacific

About the role

Within Johnson & Johnson's MedTech supply chain, the Manager, 3PL Partner Excellence, Asia Pacific sits in the MTSC Transformation team and leads the deployment of a harmonized, best-in-class 3PL partner management framework across the APAC region. The role covers partner management, governance, standards, contract adherence and KPI management, working closely with regional Transformation and Deliver Operations teams across EMEA, APAC, LATAM and North America.

Key responsibilities

• Define fit-for-purpose segmentation and engagement plans, create the APAC account plan and governance, and deploy global operational playbooks across the partner lifecycle
• Set and maintain partner management standards in APAC and prepare partners for engagement while onboarding Deliver Operations and functional owners
• Partner with Global Transformation Warehousing & Transportation and Procurement to define contracting standards and ensure they are applied to logistics contracts in APAC
• Build the financial architecture to track and report operational and financial performance against contractual commitments, train Deliver Operations DRIs, and run benchmarking and cost gap modelling
• Oversee daily partner engagement, reporting cadences, contract audits, KPIs and business development linked to operations performance
• Shape governance for DC transitions, including an RFQ template and a MedTech DC transition playbook
• Collaborate with Global MTSC Transformation, regional teams, finance, network strategy and external 3PL partners

Required profile

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations or partner/vendor coordination
• Experience in warehouse, transportation, 3PL-managed logistics or contract manufacturing environments
• Regional experience managing multiple markets, suppliers and providers
• Proven ability to work in matrixed environments without direct authority, with strong governance, stakeholder management and executive communication
• Preferred: MBA, MedTech/pharma/FMCG experience, 3PL transformation exposure, Lean Six Sigma or ADKAR certification
