Manager – Business Consulting (Procurement Transformation)

About the role

As a Manager in Business Consulting within the Supply Chain & Operations practice, you will lead procurement transformation projects for leading organisations in Singapore. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to design, implement and evaluate solutions that improve procurement performance and drive sustainable value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale procurement and supply chain transformation engagements across multiple industries.
• Assess current‑state procurement processes, identify improvement opportunities and design operating models, governance structures and sourcing strategies.
• Support strategic sourcing, category management and supplier relationship initiatives.
• Drive source‑to‑pay (S2P) process optimisation and technology‑enabled solutions.
• Manage project workstreams, deliverables, status reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development activities such as proposals and thought‑leadership.

Required profile

• Demonstrated technical capabilities and professional knowledge in sourcing and procurement transformation.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management and operating models.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and identify opportunities to enhance client value.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven problem‑solving skills.
