Manager, Cyber Threat Management & Security Operations

About the role

The Manager, Cyber Threat Management & Security Operations leads the organization’s proactive cybersecurity capabilities, identifying, assessing and mitigating threats before they impact the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mature the enterprise Cyber Threat Management program, translating threat intelligence into actionable controls and detection content.
• Own detection engineering and security analytics, developing use cases, integrating telemetry across cloud, endpoint, network, identity and application environments, and reducing false positives.
• Manage vulnerability and threat exposure programs, prioritizing remediation based on exploitability, business criticality and attack path analysis.
• Oversee external and internal attack surface management, identifying internet‑facing assets, shadow IT and misconfigurations, and driving remediation.
• Partner with SOC, infrastructure, cloud and network teams to improve security operations governance, KPIs, KRIs and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least 5 years in threat management, intelligence, detection engineering or vulnerability management.
• 3+ years of people‑leadership experience managing security engineers and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Proven track record of building threat‑informed defense strategies and reducing cyber risk in enterprise environments.
