Manager, Digital Infrastructure

About the role

The Manager, Digital Infrastructure will support the development and implementation of policies and masterplans that enhance Singapore’s connectivity infrastructure. Reporting to senior leadership, the role contributes to IMDA’s vision of a world‑class info‑communications sector that drives the digital economy.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously masterplan Singapore’s digital infrastructure to keep it world‑leading, future‑ready and supportive of the Digital Hub ambition.
• Represent IMDA’s interests on Whole‑of‑Government committees and platforms, balancing resource trade‑offs for future growth.
• Drive industry adoption of best‑in‑class technologies and practices for resource optimisation, sustainability and innovation.
• Engage with industry, government agencies and external partners to align with emerging trends and best practices.
• Facilitate implementation of telecom and connectivity infrastructure to ensure sufficient capacity, resilience and seamless connectivity.

Required profile

• Background in Engineering, Information Systems or Business with knowledge of the infocomm sector.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital infrastructure or telecom resource planning, policy development or implementation.
• Strong analytical, presentation and written communication abilities.
• Proven stakeholder‑engagement skills and ability to work independently or in a team under tight timelines.
