Principle Architect

About the role

The Principle Architect will shape Singtel Group’s AI‑driven network strategy, defining the architecture, framework and roadmap for Autonomous Networks (AN), OSS and CPaaS. Reporting to the Senior Director of Group Strategy, Engineering and Innovation, the role bridges Group‑level vision with OpCo implementation, ensuring consistency, scalability and long‑term sustainability across the network, OSS and IT domains.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern the Group Network AI and AN architecture, aligning with Singtel28 and TM Forum maturity models (L3/L4).
• Develop reference architectures, guardrails and best‑practice guides for OpCo deployments.
• Partner with OpCos to identify use cases, assess readiness and close gaps across network, OSS and IT layers.
• Provide architectural advisory support to drive roadmap prioritisation toward AN maturity targets.
• Lead OSS transformation initiatives, including platform strategy, AI enablement and alignment with AN L4 objectives.
• Support tender evaluations, vendor assessments and strategic decisions for AI‑enabled OSS solutions.
• Offer Group‑level guidance for CPaaS initiatives, ensuring alignment with network architecture and API exposure standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in telecom network architecture, AI and autonomous network implementations.
• Proven ability to work across multiple OpCos and influence strategic roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills in complex, multi‑vendor environments.
