Manager, Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive property sales and leasing across residential, commercial, industrial and medical segments. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will oversee the marketing team, manage budgets and collaborate with external partners to enhance brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and implement marketing strategies, advertising campaigns and events for diverse property portfolios.
• Develop cohesive marketing, advertising and communication materials for sales, leasing, retention and engagement.
• Manage day‑to‑day digital and social media activities, including campaign planning, uploading, optimisation and performance reporting.
• Plan, buy and execute media campaigns, handle trafficking and provide strategic media recommendations.
• Measure and report on campaign performance against ROI and KPI targets.
• Build and maintain strategic co‑promotional partnerships with external aggregators and partners.
• Supervise the marketing team and coordinate with the Head of Marketing on budget and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing within the real‑estate or related sector.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Ability to analyse data, assess ROI and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
