Manager, Employee Communication (1-year contract)

About the role

Certis is seeking a Manager of Employee Communication on a one‑year fixed‑term contract. The role will lead internal communication initiatives across all markets, fostering transparency, engagement and a strong corporate culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with Certis’ purpose.
• Serve as the primary liaison for employee communications, delivering consistent messaging via digital platforms, town halls, newsletters and the intranet.
• Create and distribute engaging content such as emails, videos, employee‑app posts and collaterals.
• Advise markets and business units to ensure group‑wide alignment of messaging.
• Organise employee engagement activities that promote belonging and participation.

Required profile

• Degree in marketing or a related discipline.
• 3‑4 years of relevant experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Exceptional written and oral English communication skills; additional language a plus.
• Self‑directed, detail‑oriented and collaborative team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HTML, CSS and JavaScript for creating digital content.
• Familiarity with current digital trends, social media ad formats and web technologies.
• Strong writing ability for B2B audiences.
