Manager, Group Clinical Education

About the role

NHG Health is looking for a Manager, Group Clinical Education in Singapore. The role shapes high-quality clinical education that supports the vision of training professionals for tomorrow's healthcare, ensuring proper governance, development and innovation of clinical education while upholding robust frameworks and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the formulation, review and implementation of policies, MOUs and training agreements with internal and external stakeholders, aligned with national, cluster and institutional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare management and governance reporting for senior leadership, tracking key priority areas and surfacing insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Contribute to departmental workplans and strategies, turning department priorities into actionable education initiatives.
• Manage faculty recognition initiatives and teaching awards, and contribute to projects that build an engaged educator community.
• Take part in cluster-wide and cross-functional projects, working with clinical, academic and administrative teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of work experience.
• Experience in education administration, clinical education or workplace learning is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• Resourceful, meticulous, able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organisation skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for contributing to Singapore's healthcare education landscape.

• Skills in IT systems, data management or data analytics.
