About the role

We are seeking a Manager to lead the formulation, communication, and execution of our company's long‑term goals and strategic initiatives. The role works closely with senior leadership to shape the corporate vision and drive growth across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the company's long‑term strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to plan corporate vision and growth priorities.
• Translate high‑level strategies into actionable day‑to‑day initiatives.
• Identify new market opportunities, emerging technologies and potential growth areas.
• Establish metrics and data indicators to track progress against strategic goals.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to implement company‑wide changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic planning or business development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to bridge the gap between planning and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management or a related field.
