Manager Network Engineer

About the role

ENGGSOL is seeking a seasoned Manager Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and security of its network architecture across Singapore. You will guide a team in maintaining a robust, compliant network while staying ahead of emerging threats.

Key responsibilities

• Drive implementation and compliance of IT policies for network architecture.
• Assist in security incidents and lead remediation efforts.
• Research latest industry practices, technologies, threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments to balance resources and security measures.
• Manage or participate in new setup or upgrade projects for network infrastructure.
• Design network structures, including hardware configuration.
• Participate in network vulnerability testing, drills, IT audits, and disaster recovery planning.
• Monitor network and system utilization and support additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Service‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE are advantageous.
• Cloud Solutions Architect certification is a plus.
• Team player with effective communication skills.
