About the role

Join JPMorgan Chase as a Manager of Software Engineering within the Global Liquidity and Cash Management (GLCM) team of Corporate and Investment Banking Technology. You will lead multiple engineering teams, oversee day‑to‑day implementation, and ensure delivery aligns with compliance, business, and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on technical guidance and set overall expectations for software engineering output.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to anticipate dependencies and deliver products that meet business requirements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, service level agreements, and compliance standards.
• Offer Level‑3 support for critical applications on a 24x7 basis.
• Drive automation, continuous delivery, and agile practices across the teams.

Required profile

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading technology projects and managing technologists.
• In‑depth knowledge of the financial services industry and its IT systems.
