Manager, People Services (Specialised Services)

About the role

RTX is hiring a Manager, People Services (Specialised Services) based in Singapore, within its Pratt & Whitney Singapore Component Repair business. The role covers the operational delivery of specialised HR services such as performance improvement plans and new leader integration, with a focus on coordination, stakeholder support and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) coordination (45%): manage PIP cases initiated through approved HR processes, validate requests and documentation, coordinate with managers, HR Partners and Employee Relations, track milestones and completion dates, send reminders, handle extensions and closures, maintain confidential case records, escalate overdue actions and support reporting on case volumes and timeliness.
• New Leader Integration Program delivery (35%): manage service requests received through ServiceNow, validate eligibility, guide leaders through the Leader Integration Toolkit, provide coaching, run pulse surveys, analyse responses, summarise feedback, coordinate integration meetings and close cases in ServiceNow with the Talent COE and HR Business Partners.
• HR stakeholder coordination (10%): act as operational point of contact for managers, HR Business Partners, Employee Relations and the Talent COE, give process guidance and status updates, coordinate handoffs and maintain professional relationships with senior leaders and regional HR teams.
• Service delivery, reporting and continuous improvement (10%): maintain operational trackers, dashboards and process documentation, monitor SLAs, turnaround times and case quality, identify workflow simplifications and automation opportunities, support ServiceNow knowledge articles and SOPs, ensure audit readiness and take part in process reviews.
