Manager, Postgraduate & Continuing Education Programmes

About the role

The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) at NTU is seeking a highly organised, tech‑savvy Manager to lead its Postgraduate and Continuing Education programmes. The role oversees the full lifecycle of programme delivery, from logistics and digital platforms to complex assessments and stakeholder liaison.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end programme logistics, including scheduling, venues, virtual platforms and catering.
• Prepare and distribute course materials for faculty and learners.
• Plan, organise and execute Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCE) and Multiple Mini Interviews (MMI).
• Provide on‑site and online administrative support during sessions.
• Collect, analyse and report post‑programme feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) course accreditation submissions, renewals and amendments.
• Maintain the Training Adult Educators registry and oversee learner support operations.
• Handle financial administration, budgeting and reporting for the programme portfolio.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with learners, adjunct faculty and assessment personnel.
• Experience in higher education or professional training environments, preferably in health‑care.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering seamless stakeholder experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency in managing OSCE and MMI assessment formats.
• Familiarity with SkillsFuture Singapore accreditation processes.
• Experience with virtual learning platforms and digital programme administration.
