Manager / Senior Manager (Revenue) – Finance

About the role

This is a contract position within the Finance team, supporting financial operations and ensuring transactions are processed smoothly. The successful candidate will be employed on an 11-month contract basis, and only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Accounts Receivable team, ensure full task coverage during staff absences, resolve operational issues quickly and respond promptly to queries from Operations and customers while minimising service delays.
• Support the fee review committee with financial information and analysis.
• Ensure monthly reconciliation between operating and financial systems, follow up on discrepancies, take part in system enhancements and user acceptance testing, and coordinate with Operations, IT and external vendors on system and interface issues.
• Complete daily bank reconciliation, investigate unreconciled items and develop solutions for legacy unreconciled items.
• Prepare and submit audit schedules for interim and year-end audits, provide supporting information to auditors and ensure audit queries are answered on time.
• Maintain an up-to-date tenancy listing, issue reminders, demand letters and eviction correspondence within prescribed timelines, prepare monthly schedules and ageing reports, and ensure late payment and instalment interest calculations are accurate.

Required profile

• Accountancy degree or other relevant professional qualification.
• Experience in financial operations, system management and process reviews.
• Strong thinking and analysis skills, self-motivated and resourceful.
• Good communicator and team player, with strong time management, planning and organisation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Power Automate.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.
