About the role
The Levy and Incentives Management Division (LIMD) within SkillsFuture Singapore is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead the SkillsFuture Level‑Up Programme. Reporting to the team lead, you will design and improve operational processes, manage projects and technology integration, and ensure compliance with funding policies.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement operational processes for funding administration, including digitisation and business process re‑engineering.
- Lead system development projects, coordinating requirements with technology teams and overseeing implementation.
- Review workflows, draft Standard Operating Procedures and policies to align with funding guidelines.
- Engage with training providers and other stakeholders, handling queries and supporting grant administration.
- Analyse large datasets, extract insights, and prepare reports to support risk management and process redesign.
- Perform secretariat duties for a multi‑agency workgroup, ensuring effective coordination and communication.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience in grants, operations, project management or system implementation.
- Strong competency in process design, operational efficiency, digitisation, and policy development.
- Proven project management and technology integration skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
- Ability to analyse data, generate insights and produce clear reports.
- Organisational skills for multi‑agency coordination and secretariat responsibilities.
