Manager, Social & Lifestyle

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Manager, Social & Lifestyle to design, coordinate and deliver vibrant events and programmes that bring our Club members together. You will lead the Social & Lifestyle team from concept through execution, ensuring each initiative delights members and strengthens community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the Social & Lifestyle team in daily programme and event execution.
• Plan and maintain the Club’s Social & Lifestyle calendar, including flagship and recurring events.
• Coordinate logistics, manpower and operational requirements with internal departments and external vendors.
• Monitor attendance, collect feedback and recommend improvements.
• Support budget planning, track expenses and ensure programmes stay within approved limits.
• Engage with members during events to enhance experience and gather insights.
• Maintain documentation for planning, approvals and post‑event reviews.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in event planning or lifestyle programming, including team management.
• Proven track record of delivering successful, creative events.
• Strong organisational and project‑management capabilities.
• Service‑driven mindset with a commitment to member satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project planning tools.
• Familiarity with Canva (preferred).
• Budget planning and vendor negotiation experience.
