NHG · Singapore
Job description
About the role
NHG is looking for a group-level Talent Acquisition Manager for its SCMO TA department, reporting to the Deputy Director, SCMO. The role owns and drives recruitment outcomes for prioritised Allied Health and Pharmacy professions across NHG's cluster of institutions. It is a hands-on, full-time position in a fast-paced healthcare environment, helping to build talent pipelines, drive employer branding and support regional recruitment.
Key responsibilities
- Own recruitment delivery: act as the single point of accountability for TA, take ownership of hiring targets, pipeline health and time-to-fill, and manage scheduling, coordination and candidate engagement so candidates have a consistent, high-quality experience.
- Build pipelines and future talent: develop sustainable pipelines locally and regionally, run targeted sourcing including direct outreach, talent mapping, AI-enabled sourcing tools and sponsorship programmes, and nurture candidate pools.
- Support early careers branding and outreach: help the branding and outreach team deliver early careers initiatives, partner with stakeholders to position NHG as an employer of choice, and represent NHG at career fairs, campus engagements and outreach events at higher learning institutions.
- Lead regional recruitment: plan and coordinate overseas recruitment and marketing trips, including in Taiwan and the region, and build access to international talent pools.
- Own stakeholder engagement and reporting: build trusted partnerships with stakeholders, manage their expectations on hiring progress and timelines, and provide recruitment reporting and analytics with pipeline tracking and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, ideally within healthcare or complex, high-volume environments.
- Ability to own outcomes while staying hands-on in execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with comfort with data, reporting and using insights to guide decisions.
- Interest in employer branding, outreach and early careers engagement.
- Willingness to travel for regional recruitment activities.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
