Managing Director – Entertainment & F&B

About the role

We are partnering with a leading entertainment and consumer lifestyle organisation in Singapore to appoint a Senior Executive Leader. This confidential, high‑profile role offers the chance to lead a well‑established, multi‑site business through its next phase of growth and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Set and drive the organisation’s strategic vision, growth agenda, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead full P&L management, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
• Oversee end‑to‑end operations across multiple venues and business functions.
• Identify and unlock new commercial opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Strengthen brand positioning and enhance customer engagement and experience.
• Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing leadership team.
• Partner closely with the Board and key stakeholders on governance and long‑term strategy.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a senior leadership role (e.g., Business Development, Managing Director, COO, Country Head, or equivalent).
• Experience within F&B preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in driving growth and transformation.
• Experience managing large‑scale operations and cross‑functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate evolving consumer trends and industry disruption.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including Board‑level engagement and ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin/Cantonese to engage with Chinese stakeholders.
