Manpower Development Specialist

About the role

Prudential is looking for a Manpower Development Specialist to drive recruitment excellence and strategic manpower growth. The role oversees recruitment schemes, monitors performance metrics and supports operational processes across several departments, acting as a central liaison between Recruitment, Finance, IT, Legal and Compliance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing recruitment schemes and incentives, and use data analytics to track the performance of Financial Consultants and Wealth Managers in each scheme
• Monitor recruitment performance metrics, update and share daily manpower numbers, and give regular insights
• Advise the Recruitment Team and stakeholders on financing schemes, and support recruitment, performance management and offboarding under organic schemes
• Ensure accurate performance reports and advise Finance on financing scheme payments
• Support management reporting and presentations on manpower growth and productivity
• Manage end-to-end execution of new recruitment initiatives, including timelines, milestones, tracking reports and project plans
• Monitor initiatives after implementation, gather feedback and recommend improvements to workflows and governance
• Develop and execute strategic manpower growth plans to meet agency recruitment targets

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in agency management or recruitment and talent acquisition
• Degree in any discipline; CMFAS certification is an advantage
• Creative and analytical mind, good communication, presentation and negotiation skills, and strong stakeholder management
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and to lead oneself
