Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical support to our analytical instruments production line, ensuring product yield and quality targets are consistently met. The role involves driving new product introductions, technology transfers, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the production line and ensure product yield and quality targets are achieved.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and technology transfer projects.
• Lead alternate sourcing, cost‑saving, in‑sourcing and site improvement initiatives.
• Develop, update and train production technicians on Work Instructions (WIs).
• Conduct RMA/DOA evaluations and support Industry 4.0 projects.
• Maintain up‑to‑date engineering records, BOMs, routings and ISO documentation.
• Assist with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 audits and improve site safety through hazard identification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in analytical instruments.
• Proven experience with NPI, product transfers and cost‑saving projects.
• Familiarity with ISO quality and environmental standards.
