About the role
Join MTC Consulting as a Manufacturing Operator. No prior experience is required and you will receive full training to assemble and inspect electronic components.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble and inspect electronic components according to work instructions.
- Identify, label, sort and pack components accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organised workplace.
- Follow 5S and workplace safety standards.
Required profile
- No experience required; training will be provided.
- Comfortable with repetitive, hands‑on work.
- Able to work 12‑hour monthly rotating shifts.
- Singaporean citizenship required.
- Willingness to adhere to shift schedule (8‑8).
What we offer
- Basic Salary SGD 2,200 – 3,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Monthly allowances SGD 450 – 750.
- Annual bonus.
- 15 days of annual leave.
- 4‑day work week with 12‑hour shifts.
- Monthly rotating shift schedule.
