Manufacturing Technician - Liquids

About the role

Join a global FMCG leader and support the production of finished liquid concentrates in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will operate and maintain processing and packaging equipment while ensuring product quality, safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned processing and packaging equipment according to standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Perform cleaning, sanitation and basic maintenance of equipment, including troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
• Prepare, move and stage raw materials and batch concentrates, using fork trucks or pallet stackers as required.
• Execute product and package change‑overs and record all activities in SAP and on visual management boards.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic analytical testing to verify material specifications.
• Follow 5S, dust‑collection safety protocols and continuous‑improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of technical experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety hygiene and pest‑control procedures.
• Ability to perform basic quality checks, visual inspections and analytical testing.
• Experience operating forklifts, motorised or manual pallet stackers is an advantage.
• Basic working knowledge of production operations and SAP transaction processing.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to communicate effectively with team members.
