Manufacturing Technician – Night Shift (4pm‑1:30am)

About the role

Join Applied Materials as a Manufacturing Technician working in a cleanroom environment on night shift (4 pm – 1:30 am). You will build, repair, and test high‑value display and wafer fabrication equipment, ensuring the reliability of the systems that power modern chips and displays.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, electro‑mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies and sub‑assemblies.
• Interpret work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts lists to execute tasks accurately.
• Use test fixtures, electronic measurement tools, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to verify functionality.
• Document work performed, report defects, and ensure parts availability.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant cleanroom workspace.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with electro‑mechanical assembly and repair.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and cleanroom protocols.
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours.
