Manufacturing/Electronics Engineer (NPI & Product Transfer)

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing/Electronics Engineer to lead project planning, new product introduction and product transfer activities for fully assembled electronic products. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth transition from development to mass production while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage end‑to‑end projects for assembled products, overseeing timelines, resources and production readiness.
• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer, ensuring successful hand‑over to mass production.
• Support product engineering through ECN coordination, troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, CAPA and resolution of production issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve project milestones and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare, review and maintain product documentation such as First Article Approval (FAA), quality plans and manufacturing records.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PCBA, EMS or related electronics manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record in NPI, product transfer and manufacturing process development.
• Experience with ECN management, root‑cause analysis and CAPA.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and/or FDA requirements is preferred.
