Marine Operations Executive Assistant

About the role

DRYLOG Services, an established ship management company in Singapore, is looking for an aspiring individual to join its Marine Operations team as an Executive Assistant. The role supports day‑to‑day vessel operations, coordinates with port agents, handles financial transactions, and ensures all vessel documentation is current and properly filed.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily aspects of vessels’ operations and arrange for their needs.
• Appoint port agents and manage related funding.
• Track agent performance and oversee port disbursement accounts.
• Monitor vessel communications expenses.
• Arrange Cash‑to‑Master remittances.
• Maintain and update vessels’ Position List.
• Monitor operational expenses and process payments with manager approval.
• File vessel certificates and records, ensuring validity in line with company systems.

Required profile

• Tertiary education, preferably in a shipping‑related discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar role.
• Motivation, punctuality, initiative and a strong commitment to purpose.
