Marketing Associate

About the role

BeeX is seeking a Marketing Associate to join its fast‑paced start‑up environment. You will work closely with Business and Engineering leads and report directly to the Brand and Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Execute integrated multi‑channel marketing campaigns from brief to completion, coordinating timelines, deliverables and stakeholders.
• Create customer‑focused content such as case studies, blogs, email campaigns, social media posts, presentations and other collateral following brand guidelines.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify trends, competitor activity and opportunities, turning findings into actionable insights.
• Coordinate marketing activities including onsite events, expos, customer engagements, campaign shoots and content production with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage performance reporting for campaigns, websites, social media, email and lead‑generation metrics to evaluate effectiveness and optimise results.
• Support commercial initiatives by collaborating with Sales and Product teams to gather feedback and align marketing materials with commercial priorities.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of B2B marketing experience in technology‑related sectors such as robotics, maritime, energy or industrial engineering.
• Proven ability to execute multi‑channel campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Strong market research and analytical skills, capable of turning data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and B2B audiences.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering or other commercial teams.
• Detail‑oriented project management skills.
