Marketing, Communication & Client Director – SEAO

About the role

Piaget is seeking a senior Marketing, Communication & Client Director to lead brand, client and communication strategies across the Southeast Asia and Oceania (SEAO) region. The role will drive integrated campaigns, digital initiatives and high‑profile events to strengthen brand equity and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy aligned with global brand guidelines and regional market needs.
• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events and retail, ensuring optimal ROI.
• Manage A&P budgets, allocate resources dynamically and track performance metrics.
• Lead media and influencer relations, building strong partnerships in the SEAO region.
• Collaborate with sales, product and merchandising teams to create trade marketing programs and product launch plans.
• Direct digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO and online advertising.
• Plan and execute high‑profile events to engage clients and promote the Piaget brand.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing, inclusive team.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury watches, jewelry, cosmetics, fashion or luxury F&B.
• Proven leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong track record of delivering successful integrated campaigns and managing large budgets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
