Marketing Associate - GrabFood

About the role

Join Grab's dynamic Marketing team in Singapore as a Marketing Associate for GrabFood. You will plan and execute integrated campaigns that drive consumer demand and support local F&B merchants across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, handling creative briefing, asset production, channel coordination and go‑to‑market execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless rollout across in‑app placements, CRM (EDM, push), owned channels and paid media.
• Collaborate with KOLs, content creators and media partners to produce engaging content and manage campaign collaterals such as POSMs and event materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and apply learnings to optimise future activations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in consumer marketing, campaign marketing, brand/partnerships or marketing communications.
• Familiarity with Singapore's F&B landscape and consumer trends; experience with government agencies or public‑private partnerships is a plus.
• Strong fundamentals in integrated marketing execution across digital, social, in‑app and on‑ground activations.
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear, actionable briefs and campaigns.
