Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

Jigger & Pony Group is seeking a thoughtful, organised and strategically‑minded Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and elevate its marketing function across a portfolio of award‑winning cocktail bars and restaurants in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, content calendars, campaign assets, press materials and deliverables to ensure accurate, efficient, on‑time execution.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and oversee the annual marketing and communications calendar for all venues, translating business objectives into clear campaign strategies and briefs.
• Plan, manage and execute end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent tone, visual identity and messaging across all brand touchpoints.
• Develop and maintain brand communications across social media, email, websites, reservation platforms and in‑venue materials.
• Create and refine press releases, media alerts, tasting notes and brand fact sheets; coordinate tastings, previews and launches with media, influencers and KOLs.
• Identify media angles and storytelling opportunities, from menu development and team stories to events, awards and partnerships.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of hospitality branding and storytelling.
• Hands‑on managerial style with the ability to mentor cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build genuine relationships with guests, media, partners and industry stakeholders.
