Marketing Engagement & Campaigns Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Engagement & Campaigns Manager to lead client engagement and integrated campaign delivery across physical, hybrid and digital touchpoints. Reporting to the SVP, Marketing & Communications, you will own the end‑to‑end execution of events, launch activations, client touchpoints and collateral.

Key responsibilities

• Own the engagement strategy across events, experiential marketing, client touchpoints, collateral and launch activations, aligned with commercial and brand objectives.
• Lead integrated engagement campaigns from planning through execution, collaborating with Sales, Product, the wider marcom team and external partners.
• Translate business priorities into clear campaign plans, event concepts, workstreams, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate PR, content, digital, event, collateral and sales‑enablement workstreams to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide guidance to execution support resources, including vendor follow‑up, timeline tracking and post‑activity reporting.
• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of conferences, roundtables, client dinners, webinars, partner events and executive engagements.
• Own event logistics, vendor management, production, budgets, timelines, run‑of‑show and onsite delivery.
• Design onsite engagement approaches that improve attendee experience, client conversations and conversion.

Required profile

• Senior, hands‑on professional capable of setting direction and managing stakeholders confidently.
• Strong execution discipline with ability to own budgets, vendors and timelines.
• Experience coordinating senior‑level activities in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
