Marketing Executive – Integrated Campaigns

About the role

You will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Frasers Property Singapore’s retail portfolio, driving shopper traffic, engagement and affinity for our malls. The role involves developing campaign concepts, coordinating in‑mall advertising, and supporting social media, FRx and digital communications in partnership with internal teams and agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end planning and execution of multi‑mall marketing campaigns, from brief to post‑campaign review.
• Develop campaign plans with objectives, KPIs, target audiences, key messages, mechanics and channel strategy (digital, social, FRx, EDM, in‑mall and on‑ground).
• Maintain workplans and timelines, coordinating inputs from stakeholders, mall marketing teams and external vendors.
• Consolidate campaign tracking, reporting KPIs and performance data, and provide post‑campaign insights.
• Assist with campaign budgeting, cost tracking and procurement processes.
• Plan and coordinate in‑mall advertising assets, ensuring brand consistency across locations.
• Work with the digital agency to create social media plans, content themes and posting schedules.
• Develop and deploy EDMs and member communications aligned with campaign objectives.

Required profile

• Strong storytelling ability using words and visuals to create compelling multimedia content.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent coordination and project‑management skills.
• Ability to analyse data, extract insights and apply learnings to future campaigns.
