Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to lead creative and content initiatives across our retail and online channels. You will be responsible for producing engaging visual assets, supporting event activations, and ensuring brand consistency throughout Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design marketing collateral such as posters, flyers, and social media visuals.
• Capture and edit basic photography and video content for campaigns.
• Maintain website content, including banners and product information.
• Support retail promotions, roadshows, and on‑ground brand activations.
• Prepare and distribute physical marketing materials for stores and events.
• Coordinate with external vendors (printers, production houses) to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in retail, F&B, or wellness.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel to retail locations and work occasional weekends or public holidays.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience using Canva for design.
• Basic photo editing skills.
• Basic video editing skills.
