Marketing Intern - Oral Health Care

About the role

Haleon, a consumer health company with brands such as Sensodyne, Panadol, Centrum and others, is offering one Marketing Intern position within its Oral Health Care team, reporting to a Brand Manager. The intern works with multifunctional teams to turn brand strategies into consumer-facing activities in the Singapore market, with a focus on content and digital channels. The preferred period is January to June 2027, and earlier start dates are considered.

Key responsibilities

• Digital activation: support projects strengthening Sensodyne and Polident across digital and social channels, including social content planning, community management, digital advertising, media reporting, e-commerce campaigns and brand websites.
• Content creation: develop brand, creator/KOL and expert-led content from brief to execution, create and adapt simple content such as short-form videos, static posts and captions, and stay up to date with social trends and creators.
• Work with creative, social and media agencies on content development, review and deployment, and coordinate with internal stakeholders on timely approvals.
• Launch activation: partner with agencies and teams to activate new products or campaigns, and run online and offline initiatives including new product sampling, in-store activation and logistics coordination.
• Competitor and market analysis: track competitor activities and category developments, maintain regular updates and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or postgraduate student majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields.
• Marketing-related internship or experience is preferred.
• Strong interest in brand marketing, digital/social media and content creation.
• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, including their content and trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, organisation and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
