Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager – Quick Service Restaurant

About the role

As a Marketing Manager or Assistant Manager at Popeyes Singapore, you will drive the brand’s presence in a fast‑growing quick‑service restaurant market, shaping strategies that attract and retain customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Design and manage pricing promotions across in‑store, online, and third‑party delivery platforms.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing and online advertising, and analyse performance metrics.
• Maintain brand consistency, collaborate with creative teams on visuals and content, and oversee promotional partnerships.
• Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activity and consumer preferences, feeding insights into strategy.
• Plan and control marketing budgets, monitor ROI and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Work closely with Operations, IT and other cross‑functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the food and beverage or quick‑service restaurant sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to assess campaign effectiveness and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a creative approach to problem‑solving.
• Leadership experience guiding junior marketing staff and managing projects from concept to execution.
