Marketing Manager – Industrial Events (Hybrid, Singapore)

About the role

Hannover Fairs Asia‑Pacific is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of its industrial exhibitions and conferences across the Asia‑Pacific region. Based in Singapore and working in a hybrid model, you will shape the positioning, messaging and audience growth for a portfolio of high‑tech events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for multiple industrial events, driving attendance and conversion targets.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategies, defining audiences, messaging, content approaches and channel mixes.
• Deliver hands‑on marketing activities across email, digital advertising, PR, content, social media and event channels, collaborating with the Sydney Marketing Coordinator.
• Lead content creation, communications and PR, ensuring technical accuracy for manufacturing and automation audiences.
• Adapt and localise global assets to meet regional market expectations.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, using data to optimise future activities.
• Support sales and partnership teams with exhibitor engagement, introductions and market insights.
• Contribute to the growth of the Singapore marketing function through process improvement and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B industrial or event marketing, preferably within automation, intralogistics, manufacturing, robotics or warehousing.
• Proven track record of delivering integrated, event‑focused campaigns across multiple markets.
• Practical, delivery‑oriented mindset with the ability to set direction and follow through.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively across regions.
