Marketing Manager – Lead Brand & Growth

About the role

Olympus Learning Academy is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive its brand presence and student enrolment in Singapore. You will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across digital channels, and support the promotion of its training and educational programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and student enrolment.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, search engines, email and online advertising.
• Manage the company website, social media channels and marketing content.
• Analyse campaign performance, report on ROI and optimise spend.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with management, trainers and external partners to promote courses and events.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing management.
• Proven track record in lead generation and brand development.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams.
