Marketing & Property Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Cum Property Executive to support our marketing and property operations. The role involves assisting with marketing initiatives, property information, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in all marketing and property-related matters.
• Support sales and marketing activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, agents, vendors, and external parties.
• Prepare marketing materials, property information, events, and promotions.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support.
• Assist management in various business and operational matters, including ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Property/Real Estate or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property, real estate, marketing or administration.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, responsible and a good team player with ability to work independently.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of property portals, digital marketing or social media platforms (advantage).
