Marketing & Subscription Executive

About the role

The Marketing & Subscription Executive joins the Digital Marketing & Distribution team to drive promotion and subscriber experience for Premier League+. Reporting to the Senior Marketing and Distribution Manager, the role ensures consistent, premium brand delivery across digital, content and lifecycle channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report on multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including paid media, EDM, push and in‑app messaging.
• Manage the always‑on content calendar, coordinating creative production, copywriting and asset trafficking with design and agency partners.
• Own the subscriber funnel end‑to‑end – acquisition, onboarding, trial conversion and win‑back of lapsed users.
• Run A/B tests across acquisition, content and retention touchpoints and apply learnings to future campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing execution across campaigns, content and paid media.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders against fixed deadlines.
• Data‑driven mindset – comfortable pulling reports, reading dashboards and spotting anomalies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaborative team player and proactive problem‑solver.

Required skills

• Adobe Journey Optimizer (CRM/journey platform).
• Basic HTML/CSS for email template edits.
• Experience with CRM platforms and audience segmentation.
