M&E Coordinator

About the role

The M&E Coordinator will support the delivery of mechanical and electrical works across L.S. Construction’s projects island‑wide. Reporting to the project team, you will ensure that all M&E activities meet design specifications, regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify all drawings and provisions related to M&E works.
• Coordinate the activities of M&E subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality.
• Confirm that all M&E installations comply with relevant authority regulations.
• Assist the Quantity Surveyor in measuring completed work.
• Organise commissioning and testing of M&E systems.
• Identify and mitigate workplace risks and minimise environmental impact.
• Implement safe work procedures and environmental controls on site.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience on industrial, commercial or institutional projects.

Required skills

• Electrical engineering knowledge.
• Mechanical engineering knowledge.
