M&E Coordinator – Main Construction / General Building (Woodlands)

About the role

The M&E Coordinator will work closely with project teams to design, develop and implement mechanical and electrical solutions for main construction and general building projects in the Woodlands area. This role ensures that all M&E systems are installed, tested and commissioned to meet Singapore’s building standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to create efficient M&E designs.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues during operation and handover.
• Prepare detailed reports, drawings and documentation for project deliverables.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders to coordinate project activities.
• Identify opportunities to optimise systems and improve energy efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E design, project coordination or system integration.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical installations.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Familiarity with Singapore building codes, regulations and safety standards.
