M&E Manager

About the role

The M&E Manager will oversee the delivery of high‑quality civil and structural works, ensuring compliance with statutory safety requirements and client operational constraints. This role involves supervising on‑site activities, coordinating with safety teams, and managing technical officers to maintain project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure contractor delivers high‑quality work and adheres to safety statutes.
• Supervise civil and structural construction, including concreting, pavement, drainage, compaction, formwork and precast erection.
• Inspect M&E works, verify reports and claims, and take corrective action on non‑compliant materials.
• Coordinate with the safety team on WASH and aerodrome safety management systems.
• Manage Resident Technical Officers and resolve queries from main contractors.

Required profile

• Accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (preferred).
• Minimum 8 years civil engineering experience, including at least 3 years on major construction works such as deep excavation, drainage, pipe jacking and aircraft pavement.
• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board.
• Ability to work shift duties as required.
